Key Responsibilities:
- Kickstart customer connections by reaching out to potential leads with a minimum of 60 daily outbound calls and texts.
- Cultivate relationships by following up daily, offering valuable insights, and transforming prospects into delighted customers.
- Master the art of handling objections and present the outstanding value of our products and services.
- Embrace our company’s mission and inspire customers with our vision.
- Gather essential customer info and smoothly transition them to our finance managers.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring crystal-clear explanations of warranties and financing options in line with our dealership policies.
- Lend a hand with light administrative sales tasks as assigned by management.
- Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and actively seek referrals and reviews.

Job Requirements:
- Previous contact center Sales Agent experience is REQUIRED
- Ready for a 5-day workweek (9:00 am – 6:00 pm Central Daylight Time)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Organization and time management are second nature to you.
- Your positive and outgoing personality shines through in all your interactions.
- You’re a tech-savvy multitasker, adept at handling multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Proficiency in modern technology, including Gmail and Google business tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
