• At least 6 months of Technical support experience in a BPO setting
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
• Outgoing personality
• Can start immediately
• Willing to Work from Home
Important Qualifications:
• Must have a FAST and STABLE wired internet connection
• Must have a PC or laptop (Windows 10) and a headset (with mute button).
• A working headset (with mute button)
• Own workstation at home
• Cannot have second job at the same time
Responsibilities:
• Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns
• Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue
• Converse with clients using appropriate language
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns
